Points missing after completing a task? Here's what to check:
Verification Required:
- Some tasks require manual verification by admins
- Check the Tasks page for task status
- Verification usually takes 12-48 hours
- You'll receive points once approved
Task Requirements Not Met:
- Make sure you completed ALL requirements
- Some tasks need proof (screenshot, username, etc.)
- Re-read the task description carefully
- Submit any required proof through the task interface
Already Completed:
- Most tasks can only be completed once
- Check if you've done this task before
- Look for similar available tasks instead
Technical Issues:
- Refresh your browser
- Check your activity log for recent points
- Wait a few minutes - some points process with a delay
Need Help? If points don't appear within 48 hours, submit a support ticket with:
- Task name
- Completion date/time
- Any proof of completion
- Your username/email
