Eligibility Requirements
To use Solana Faucet, you must:

- •Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
- •Not be prohibited from using cryptocurrency services under applicable laws
- •Not be located in a jurisdiction where our services are restricted
Account Rules
Account Creation
- • You must provide accurate, complete, and current information
- • You may only create and maintain ONE account per person
- • You must use a valid email address that you own
- • You must choose a secure, unique password
Account Security
- • You are responsible for maintaining your account security
- • You must not share your login credentials with anyone
- • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- • You are responsible for all activities under your account
Earning and Redeeming Points
Points are earned through legitimate participation:
- •Faucet claims (every 60 minutes when available)
- •Completing available tasks and achievements
- •Referral bonuses (10% of referred users' claims)
- •Streak bonuses and special promotions
Redemption Terms
- • Points can be redeemed for Solana (SOL) cryptocurrency
- • Minimum redemption threshold: 1,000 points
- • Redemptions are processed within 24-48 hours
- • You must provide a valid Solana wallet address
- • We are not responsible for incorrect wallet addresses
- • Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible
- • Points have no cash value outside our platform
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination:
Account Abuse
- • Creating multiple accounts
- • Using fake identities
- • Sharing accounts with others
- • Selling or transferring accounts
Automation & Fraud
- • Using bots or automated scripts
- • Manipulating the referral system
- • Exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities
- • Providing false information
Technical Abuse
- • Attempting to hack the platform
- • Disrupting services for others
- • Bypassing security measures
- • Using VPNs to evade restrictions
Other Violations
- • Violating applicable laws
- • Harassing other users
- • Misusing support services
- • Any other fraudulent activity
Cryptocurrency Risks
By using our platform, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks of cryptocurrency:
- •Price Volatility: Cryptocurrency values can fluctuate dramatically
- •Irreversibility: Blockchain transactions cannot be reversed
- •Regulatory Risk: Laws may change and affect cryptocurrency
- •Technical Risk: Blockchain technology has inherent risks
Solana Faucet is not responsible for any losses resulting from cryptocurrency price fluctuations, blockchain issues, or your own wallet security.
Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for:
- •Violation of these Terms of Service
- •Suspected fraudulent or abusive activity
- •Legal requirements or regulatory obligations
- •Any other reason we deem appropriate
Upon termination, you forfeit all accumulated points and pending rewards. This is not negotiable.

Disclaimer of Warranties
Solana Faucet is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free service.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solana Faucet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or cryptocurrency value.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notification. Your continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
