Crypto Tools & Calculators
Practical cryptocurrency tools designed to complement your learning. Convert between currencies, estimate earnings, and build hands-on familiarity with blockchain concepts.
Why We Built These Tools
Understanding cryptocurrency goes beyond reading definitions -- it requires hands-on experience with the numbers behind blockchain transactions. Our tools are designed as educational companions that help you develop practical intuition for concepts like currency conversion rates, staking yields, transaction fees, and portfolio valuation.
Each tool below solves a specific problem that crypto beginners commonly encounter. The SOL Converter helps you understand how Solana's native currency relates to fiat currencies and its smallest unit (lamports). The Earnings Calculator lets you model different participation strategies. As we expand our toolkit, each new tool will focus on building a specific skill or understanding.
All tools run entirely in your browser. No data is sent to our servers, and no account is required.
SOL Converter
Convert Solana to USD, EUR, and other fiat currencies. Also convert between SOL and Lamports with live market prices.

Calculate your potential earnings from our faucet based on claim frequency, referrals, and bonuses. Plan your earning strategy.
Staking Rewards Calculator
Estimate your potential SOL staking rewards based on amount staked, APY, and time period. Plan your passive income.
Transaction Fee Estimator
Estimate Solana transaction fees for different operations. Understand the cost of transfers, swaps, and NFT minting.

Convert between Unix timestamps and human-readable dates. Useful for understanding blockchain transaction times.
Simple Portfolio Tracker
Track your Solana holdings and see your portfolio value in real-time. No account needed - data stays in your browser.
Understanding Crypto Currency Units
One of the first confusing things about cryptocurrency is the unit system. Just as one dollar contains 100 cents, one SOL contains 1,000,000,000 (one billion) lamports. This extreme divisibility exists because blockchain transactions need to handle very small amounts -- a typical Solana transaction fee is just 5,000 lamports (0.000005 SOL), which at current prices is a fraction of a cent.
This is fundamentally different from traditional finance where the smallest practical unit is usually one cent. In crypto, you routinely work with 8 or 9 decimal places. Our converter tool helps you develop intuition for these scales -- understanding that 0.001 SOL and 1,000,000 lamports are the same amount, or quickly checking what your SOL holdings are worth in your local currency.
Similarly, understanding staking yields requires grasping how APY compounds over time and how validator selection affects returns. Our calculators are designed to make these abstract concepts concrete by letting you plug in real numbers and see real results.
